This is the earliest part of the Lunar Eclipse that I caught. Too bad my office is blocked by huge buildings that's why I didn't see its earlier stages. I also did not have my tripod with me, so no choice but to shoot handheld with high ISO. I know that security in Makati is strict and that street photography is sort of prohibited, especially with a tripod. So while I was walking from the office, I saw this view, and then stood in one side of the sidewalk for a moment, quickly pulled out my camera with my trusty Tamron 70-300 VC lens attached, and then snapped a few burst frames. I hope I could properly shoot the third and fourth installments of this 4-part lunar eclipse series known as a lunar tetrad. Read more about the blood moon of 2014 and the lunar tetrad here.
